I’ve been reading a bunch about the rise of a new term, “Enterprise 2.0″. What’s it all about?
I think that Enterprise 2.0 = Web 2.0 technologies used in business applications.
“Enterprise 2.0 refers to the concept of moving Web 2.0 tools and technologies into the enterprise to help your employees, partners, suppliers and customers work together to build networks of like-minded people and share information.” from cio.com
Anyone seen a AJAXed-out mashup internally used by their workplace?

Startup Weekend really reinforced how strong the Denver/Boulder startup community is. It brought many of us together to meet, greet, laugh and play. I think Seth Levine wrote the best review.
Pictured below, Matt Galligan, myself and Alex King (a really cool guy and Wordpress dev).

Indeed it was the cat’s meow.

For about the past year and a half I’ve been really into entrepreneurship. Well, not really. Although I do read a book every once and awhile and RSS it up a bunch, I’m still working for the man. As a business analyst for a large mobile content provider I do get to sometimes throw my intrapreneurial hat on. I think this is why I stick around. The band also tickles my entrepreneurial cortex a bit; for the time being it’s tough to make a buck though. It often seems impossible to make a profit from an idea shared among people like you.
In about a week, some local entrepreneur aficionados and myself are going to try to make the impossible possible. We are attempting to build a startup in one weekend, all the way from product conception to production. So far about 50 people from the Boulder/Denver area are registered. We will vote on a product idea then goto work for two days and three nights.
Visit StartupWeekend.com. It’s going to be the cat’s meow.

The television just told me that Michael Moore’s new film Sicko will be released on June 29, 2007. This is the same day that Apple will be unveiling the iPhone. Coincidence? Probably. But both are controversial products and I would think their target markets must overlap a bit.
